The Fresh Aloe leaf will keep it's beneficial qualities for about 3 weeks stored in a cool and dry environment. Only refrigerate leaf in hot, humid months. If you wish to extend the life of the juice naturally, add 0.5% Ascorbic Acid powder. (Half a tsp per litre) This will extend the life well beyond a month. Ascorbic Acid powder is available in most health or organic stores. |
